1991 Acura NSX --
Customer had a 2000 NSX Targa top that he wanted to build into a track car but soon realized that the Targa version was not suited for the performance and handling he was looking for. Customer found a stock red 1991 NSX with only 8,000 miles on it. Driving Ambition removed the motor/gearbox and replaced them with a later model 3.2 liter (stroked to 3.5 liter) motor with Comptech heads and cams, a 6-speed transmission with the Japan-spec 4.23 gear ratio and a custom-built Supercharger from his prior NSX. This car competed in several contests and was featured in many magazines. It was also crowned as the "American Togue Monster" by the drivers of Japan-based Best Motoring Videos.
1992 Acura NSX Race Car --
Customer, who already owned a 2004 NSX, wanted a car for the track so he could explore the full racing potential of the NSX. He located a white 1992 NSX and brought it to Driving Ambition. We started with a stock 3.2 liter short block mated to a set of Comptech-built heads. Instead of a supercharger, this car used a twin turbo setup that Driving Ambition tuned for high horsepower in a very reliable package.
2007 Mustang Cobra GT500 --
A stock Cobra GT500 is already a beast, but customer wanted more power and acceleration. Driving Ambition installed new rear-end gears, new rear control arms, springs, a smaller supercharger pulley, and less restrictive exhaust. After a ECU reflash and 70hp shot of nitrous, this Cobra dynoed at 610 horsepower at the wheels (stock about 435).
2004 Lamborghini Gallardo --
You don't take a Lamborghini to Jiffy Lube. The owner of this yellow beauty had Driving Ambition perform all the rather complex service work and install a high performance exhaust and high-flow cats.
