Research In Motion has been issued U.S. Patent No. 6,219,694 entitled "BlackBerry Single Mailbox Integration" that covers a system and method invented by RIM that is a key architectural element of RIM's BlackBerry wireless email solution.

Landware has posted a visual tour of Pocket Quicken v2.0 that should be shipping in early June 2001.

Cutting Edge Software has teamed with DDH Software to build a new utility called QuickData utility that enables Quicksheet spreadsheets and HanDBase database to import and export information to each other.

Opsys has agreed to license Arthur D. Little has launched a new company called Alphamosaic that will be focused on providing low-cost and low-power mobile video technologies for handhelds and other wireless devices.
