Phatware Corporation has announced the release of ParaGraph CalliGrapher Beta 3 for Windows CE devices, including Pocket PC. The new 6.0 release of the CalliGrapher handwriting recognition engine includes a variety of improvements and new features compared to rev. 5.3 which Transcriber is based on.
