Research In Motion reports that they've extended Blackberry service options (previously only available for Microsoft Exchange enterprise users) to Lotus Notes and Domino enterprise customers.

FusionOne has announced that Infinity Softworks is now shipping new versions of powerOne Graph v2.0, and powerOne Finance v2.0 (both for Palm OS) that include equation solver features, custom equations, and improved user interface. The list price for each one (electronic download) is US$50, and they can be purchased as a Springboard module or CDROM for US$60 (includes printed user guide).

Symbol Technologies has announced two new products: #1.) Symbol Spectrum 24 CB-1000 (wireless LAN bridge); and Symbol CS-1540 (pocket-sized consumer memory scanner).

FileMaker has announced that from now until March 16, if you purchase a full copy or an upgrade to FileMaker Pro 5 (Windows/Macintosh), then you will receive a free copy of FileMaker Mobile Companion for Palm OS (plus S&H+tax if applicable).

KEEPING THE NEWTON ALIVE -- Thomas Campos (602-740-9679) at Real-World Software reports that his "collaboration" of Newton programmers continue to work on their prototype -- specifically working on disassembling Newton OS and modifying the existing ROM to function in their new device. This new device is expected to offer: color screen; USB syncing; and support for CF, ATA, and SmartMedia cards.
