ZDNET via PC Magazine has published a report that outlines 15 handheld device reviews.

Wired is reporting some serious growth for Japan's Web-linked mobile phone service called "I-Mode" by DoCoMo (now 2 years old). The network can grow by as much as 50,000 new subscribers in a day.

There is a popular multi-platform remote control client/server solution developed by AT&T UK called VNC. There is now a beta Palm OS client available.

Microsoft has posted a beta release of their Outlook Mobile Manager that has been designed to work with Microsoft Exchange servers to bring Outlook data to mobile devices.

Infowave Software has announced that they have ported their Wireless Business Engine to support RIM Blackberry 950 & 957 wireless pagers. The Wireless Business Engine can also be extended to support backend Microsoft Exchange services and data using their Exchange Connector.

Audible has announced that they will start an affiliate program on March 1, 2001, that will offer partners significant "bounties" for audible content purchased through their sites. The program will use technology from Commission Junction.
