Tip of the Day

The Palm-size PC includes Microsoft Outlook's powerful meeting request feature. Using this feature, you can send an invitation to an unlimited number of attendees with the simple tap of the stylus. To begin, create a normal meeting. The date, time and location fields will be inside the appointment and the notes will appear in the body of the E-mail that will be sent to your attendees.

To select attendees for your meeting, tap the third button on the left side of the screen (this button has faces on it). Your contact list will appear in the main window. Place a checkmark next to the people you would like to invite to your meeting. Now, when you click 'ok' to save the appointment, Pocket Outlook will automatically compose an E-mail to the people you have specified. In addition, Pocket and Desktop Outlook users will be able to click a single button to respond to your meeting request and automatically put the appointment in their calendar!
